I know this is your journey — no one else’s — and I offer you my support and guidance along your path to healing.
Hi! My name is Stefanie and I am a wife, mother, Ayurveda Health Counselor, Holistic Healer, and Yoga teacher. I created Brilliant Life Holistic Health to help others feel amazing in their own unique bodies and minds. I want to help you be the best version of your own authentic Self! I believe we all have the innate ability within us to heal ourselves. I work with your “whole unique self” in that I encompass your body, mind and spirit in my work with you. My goal is for everyone to live their best life, free of pain and dis-ease in their bodies and minds.

As a child I was anxious, depressed, and had many obsessive thoughts. I developed an eating disorder at a very young age and used food to cope with my emotions. Then, I became a chronic over-exerciser, punishing my body that I disliked so much. I spent many years working on my physical body, but did not address what was happening in my mind. I felt that I wasn’t enough and I wanted to be “perfect”. I was very disconnected from my SELF. I didn’t know who I was because I wanted to be like everyone else. In my 20s, I realized that I needed to get help and that started my journey to heal myself.
As I started to learn about Yoga and Ayurvedic daily practices and tools, I realized that there is huge connection between my body and mind. My mind was driving my actions. I then started to focus more on my mind/body connection and began to really implement practices that supported my overall digestive health. I began to think of food as nourishment. I created daily rituals that help calmed my mind. I learned healthy ways to manage my emotions. I experienced firsthand that being healthy wasn't just about physical health, but also mental health. As I continue to grow and evolve, I keep coming back to practices that support me. I want to share these practices with you so that you can cultivate a place of ease, joy and your optimal health. I use many Ayurveda and Yoga practices in my own life and I want to help others find a place of peace and freedom. We all have the power within to heal ourselves.
