I offer a wide variety of services, tailored to your unique body and mind.

Whether you are searching for support with your mental health, nutrition, daily living or want to learn more about your Ayurvedic constitution, I can help guide you. Each session that I provide will be tailored to your unique SELF. We will work together to navigate a path where you can feel better in your body, mind and spirit. You create your goals; I support you on your journey. Here is the breakdown of the services I provide:


Ayurveda Consultations:

Ayurveda means "Science of Life" and is known as Yoga's sister science. It is a holistic science, based in nature, that treats your complete SELF; body, mind and spirit. Ayurveda focuses on how you deserve to feel well in your body and mind, which then leads you to optimal health. Taking an Ayurvedic approach allows you gain the power to heal yourself. During an Ayurveda consultation, you will learn what your constitution is (the make-up of the elements within you; ether, air, fire, water and earth) and what tools you can use to keep yourself in alignment. Ayurveda uses specific daily routines and practices, nutrition, Yoga, meditation and breathwork that is tailored to YOU! Before the consultation, you will fill out a wellness questionnaire that I have created. It asks many questions about your life, your body, your mind, your relationships and your nutrition. This gives me great information which I then use to help you learn more about yourself and how to live your life to the fullest with ease. During the consultation, we will walk through your wellness questionnaire, and I will give you specific recommendations to use to help you feel well in your body and mind. After the initial 90-minute consultation, you can choose to book a 60-minute follow-up session so we can discuss what is working for you and what is challenging.

AYURVEDA CONSULTATIONS are great if you are looking for a holistic, whole-body approach to better health. You and I will work together to address the root cause of your symptoms and rather than focusing on those symptoms, you will learn to eliminate the cause of the dis-ease. This session will help you learn more about your body and mind and how to use specific tools and practices rooted in Ayurveda and Yoga to find balance.


Nutrition Focused Consultation:

Ayurveda believes that food is medicine. What you choose to eat can bring you towards optimal health or away from it, into discomfort and dis-ease. Food is meant to nourish your body. During this specific consultation, we will focus on your nutrition using Ayurveda principles. Before the session, I will have you fill out a wellness questionnaire, so I gain more information about your body and mind. This will help me formulate a nutrition specific plan that can help you feel better in your unique body. From an Ayurvedic approach, we focus on the qualities of the food and how food makes you feel, rather than the food trends and diets that are in our western culture right now. This is not a "one size fits all approach". Because you have your own specific constitution, you will thrive by eating foods that will work for you. Based off of your nutrition goals and Ayurvedic food principles, we will create a nutrition plan that is nurturing for your body.

NUTRITION FOCUSED CONSULTATIONS are great if you are looking to learn about the Ayurveda principles around food and eating and how you can apply these to your own unique body and mind. This nutrition approach is not a trend nor a diet but is based on eating for your constitution and well-being. Each session is tailored and specific to you, the "whole" person!


Conscious Connection with Food:

Conscious connection with food is geared for those who struggle in their relationship with food. Maybe you are recovering from an eating disorder (I am) or have distorted thoughts about food and eating (I have). This package of four 60-minute sessions will help you get to the root cause of your issues. In these sessions, you will dive deep into your thoughts around food, your triggers, your emotions, your cravings and you will learn how to heal past trauma around food. I will share with you what has helped me in my recovery. We will work together to help you strengthen your relationship with food and eating. I offer my compassion and a judgement free environment so that you feel comfortable discussing your challenges. Before these sessions, you will fill out a wellness questionnaire that tells me more about you and the state of your mind. The tools I will share with you to help you heal include breathwork, Yoga, Ayurvedic principles around food and eating, specific daily routines and rituals, self-love practices, journaling, meditations, inner-child work and healing from trauma.

CONSCIOUS CONNECTION WITH FOOD is great program for those who are in recovery from an eating disorder, have distorted thoughts around food or those who use food to manage emotions. You will dive deep into re-training your mind and healing past trauma or thoughts around food. You will work to develop a healthy relationship with food and learn to find joy in eating.


Wellness and Self-care sessions:

Wellness and Self-care sessions are focused on how you can find more ease and joy in your daily living and overall feel well in your body and mind. If you feel like you are struggling with lower emotions such as anxiety, fear, depression, anger, jealousy or are feeling discontent, this is the session for you. You will learn healthy ways to manage your emotions, along with daily practices rooted in Ayurveda and Yoga that will help you feel better day to day. You will fill out a wellness questionnaire before this session, which will give me a better understanding of you as a person; body and mind. Then you will learn specific tools such as breathwork, daily routines and practices, Yoga, meditation and intuitive energy practices that will help you find a path to balance and clear those lower emotions.

WELLNESS AND SELF-CARE SESSIONS are great if you are struggling in your day to day living and are wanting to manage your emotions in a healthy way. These sessions are also great if you are looking to find better overall wellness and want to establish a deeper relationship with your authentic SELF.


SomaYoga Private sessions:

SomaYoga is a unique blending of somatic movement, therapeutic movement and classical Yoga postures that allow you to release pain and tension in your body and mind. During a private SomaYoga session, you will focus on consciously contracting certain muscles and then consciously releasing those muscles. It's teaching your body and mind how to release, relax and let go. You may hold a lot of physical and mental tension in your body and this practice will allow you to surrender. You will be guided through gentle movements, cued by me, that are specific to what is happening in your body at the present movement. After the session, you will be given movements, postures and breathwork to practice at home. These sessions can be done virtually; however, they are best done in person in the West Metro.

SOMAYOGA PRIVATE SESSIONS are geared for those looking to tune into their body and release any tension they may be holding onto. If you have an injury, any specific pain in your body or are an athlete with tight muscles, this practice will be great for you. No previous Yoga experience is necessary as these sessions are very gentle. You will learn movements, breathwork and tapping that is specific to what is happening in your body.
